Griffiths Insurance Agency and Suhr Risk Services of California Insurance Brokers have completed a merger agreement.
Dating back to 1910, Griffiths Insurance Agency offers comprehensive insurance, risk management, and employee benefit services to organizations of all sizes. Services include risk identification and assessment, insurance program design, placement and administration, workers’ compensation claims management consulting, along with risk management and loss control consulting.
Organized in 1951, Suhr Risk Services of California operates as a full-service brokerage firm offering risk management services to mid-market business. The agency also offers consulting services to Silicon Valley enterprises and instructs risk management classes to both Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
The combined entity will go by the Suhr Risk Services of California Insurance Brokers identity.
