EPLI Seminar Slated for March 6

Jim Hippard, president of Yates & Associates is inviting agents and brokers to a free informative Employment Practices Liability Insurance seminar on Thursday, March 6.

The topic, “How Many Ways Can an Employer be Sued by their Employees?” will give the attending agents and brokers the confidence to sell this fast growing, important product. Some of the issues covered include: Legal issues related to this product, How EPLI policy provisions respond to violations of employment law, Underwriting employment practices exposures and Evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various EPLI policies.

The free seminar is being held at the freeway close Doubletree Hotel at 100 The City Drive So. Orange, Calif. 92668. Registration and a complimentary breakfast start at 7:30 a.m. The seminar begins at 8:30 a.m. ending at noon. Attendees who complete the course will earn 3 hours of CE Credits from the CA DOI.
