Los Angeles-based Dodge Warren & Peters Insurance Services Inc., recently announced the addition of Tara Owsley to the DW&P team as claims service consultant. Owsley will work in the client services group, a specialized department of DW&P that provides value-added services including claim advocacy, training, technical support and claims management for DW&P clients. Owsley ‘s responsibilities are to assist clients with services with regards to claim management and cost containment.
With 15 years in the insurance industry, most of Owsley ‘s experience has centered around client services – from the side of the broker, the carrier and the third-party claims administrator. She most recently worked at Royal & Sun Alliance in Glendale, Calif., as a service consultant. Her background also includes underwriting and marketing.
