The California Insurance Wholesalers’ Association (CIWA) is inviting attendees to a continental breakfast and a briefing on the California Regulatory, Legislative and Political Environment and Issues facing the California Insurance Wholesale Industry during the NAPSLO Conference in San Diego, Thursday, Sept. 11, 8:30 to 10 a.m. Comments will be offered by Deitmar Grellmann of Norwood & Associates and Dick Bouhan of NAPSLO.
Prior to joining Norwood & Associates, Grellmann was the senior legislative policy advisor to Governor Pete Wilson and the Governor’s principle advisor on insurance related issues. Grellman will speak to the current political and legislative environment in California and issues facing California wholesale brokers.
Bouhan, executive director of NAPSLO, will speak to what can be done … with a specific emphasis on the synergy and cooperation between NAPSLO and local wholesale brokers’ associations.
