Superior Access’ New Admitted Carrier Offering Mid-Market BOP

Richard Swoy, chairman of Irvine, Calif.-based Superior Access Insurance Services Inc., announced that SAIS added an “A (excellent)” rated admitted carriers exclusively for SAIS member agents and brokers writing in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Mid-Market Business

Carrier is looking for businesses with solid management, financial stability located in modern or updated buildings. As an off line product, the carrier will require significant loss information, proactive loss control and proof of building protection. This program is available in California, Arizona and Nevada. A partial list of eligible businesses follows. BOP Features

The “Ultra Businessowners Policy” provides coverage for buildings and/or personal property at described premises. Insureds and employees are protected from business liability for bodily injury, property damage, personal injury or advertising injury. Host liquor, oral and written blanket contractual liability, incidental malpractice and non-owned watercraft liability are extra. Many additional coverages and extensions are automatically included such as: loss of earnings, tenants liability up to policy limits, valuable paper and records, interior and exterior glass, employee dishonesty, sewer backup, forgery, money & securities, pollutant cleanup and removal and more. Employment practices liability (defense within the limits) offers $5,000 limits. Coverage is available on a direct bill basis with 2 months down and 10 installments. Liability limits up to $2,000,000/$4,000,000.

The “Ultra Series” offers a program for artisan contractors of 10 or less with annual receipts under $3,000,000. Total cost of sub-contracted work cannot exceed 25 percent of direct payroll and operations must be year round.
