Yates & Associates invites agents and brokers to an informative Products Liability Insurance seminar on June 24, 2004. The topic, “Insuring Tough Products Liability Accounts,” will give the attending agents and brokers the confidence to sell this fast growing, important product. Attending agents will learn: comparisons of occurrence form and claims made coverage; coverage triggers in both occurrence and claims made forms; endorsing additional insured and vendors coverage and handling hybrid situations like mergers, buy-sell and spin offs.
The seminar is being held at the Tustin Banquet Center at 721 W. First Street, Tustin, CA 92780 on Thursday, June 24. Registration, networking and a complimentary breakfast start at 8:00 a.m. The seminar will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. ending at noon.
