ISU International President, T.J. Ryan III, announced the addition of the newest members to ISU’s national network of agencies effective July 1: ISU Insurance Services—Connor & Kelly of Spokane, Wash.; and ISU Insurance Services—Fairfield & Associates of Fairfield, Calif.
Joe Connor, ISU IS—Connor & Kelly principal, expressed his enthusiasm for ISU’s vision of providing independent agents a platform to better compete with national brokers.
“It’s rather difficult in today’s marketplace for independent agents to continue growing successfully. By joining ISU, we’re able to offer the same image and knowledge base of the larger firms, while still being completely independent and taking care of our customers in the high-quality manner that they expect from us,” said Connor.
Similarly, Wash Blount, ISU IS—Fairfield & Associates president, said ISU provided an excellent venue to grow the agency without giving up any equity in his firm.
“Our agency has strived to serve our clients in Solano County with the utmost professionalism for over 40 years, and we wanted to ensure that any associations we considered would allow us to continue to do so,” said Blount. “By joining ISU, we’re able to do just that, plus we can now utilize a national image, align ourselves with other high-quality agents and increase our market access.”
