Seattle-based Safeco’s National Catastrophe Team is deploying additional claims professionals to Alabama and surrounding states to aide customers recovering from Hurricane Ivan.
Safeco claims professionals are available to take customer claims 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers who find damage to their vehicles, their home or small-business property should call (800) 332-3226 to file a claim. As soon as disaster relief vehicles are allowed in affected areas, Safeco’s claims personnel will move in to assist customers issuing emergency funds to policyholders and expediting claims.
A separate team of Safeco claims professionals remains on the ground in Florida assisting customers recovering from Hurricanes Charley and Frances.
