A good piece of work. We all know that part of the high costs of Workers’ Comp. coverage is due to employer wrongdoing trying to beat the system. Not only does it drive up Workers’ Comp. premium costs for legitimate businesses it puts legitimate businesses at a cost dis-advantage in the market place. Too bad some the $884k can’t flow to county general fund, it would then serve as an “incentive” to go out and look for more wrongdoers.
