Bermuda Dunes, Calif.-based Trinity E&S Insurance Services Inc., announced it has expanded its in house contractor’s liability program to include the states of Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington. Coverage is underwritten by an A-VIII carrier.
The program, designed for sub contractors, has been written in California for the past several years. For certain sub classifications there is no residential tract limitation. Minimum premiums start as low as $7,500. Risks generating up to $5,000,000 in gross receipts can be accepted.
