New York-based Integro Ltd. has announced it has hired three former Marsh senior vice presidents for its San Francisco office. Charles F. Shay Jr. will serve as Managing Principal, Management Risk Solutions; Tim Candy will be Principal, Management Risk Solutions; and John H. Kim will be Principal, Environmental Brokerage Solutions.
Shay has more than 13 years of experience in Directors and Officers Liability Brokerage, with a focus on technology, life science and telecom risks. He was recently Senior Vice President, National Technology/Telecom D&O practice leader at Marsh.
Candy has more than 12 years of experience in the Directors and Officers Liability Insurance industry, focusing on manufacturing, transportation, retail and mining risks. At Marsh, he was Senior Vice President, FINPRO Commmercial D&O Placement Leader for the Western U.S.
Kim has more than nine years of experience structuring and negotiating environmental insurance programs. He was Senior Vice President and Environmental Practice Leader for Marsh’s San Francisco Office.
