Morgan Hill, Calif.-based DMI Insurance Services Inc. announced that it has expanded the number of markets it offers for non-franchised auto dealers and automotive specialty shops.
The new markets are available immediately through admitted and nonadmitted carriers in select states. Burlington Insurance Group and Western Heritage Insurance Company (a Nationwide Company rated A+15) are underwriting the coverage. The new markets will supply coverage that was not previously available – due to low volume, certain classes of business, or characteristics unique to specific businesses – within the non-franchised auto dealers and automotive specialty shops industries.
“We’re very pleased to have agreements in place that will expand the business our producers are able to write,” says Susan Matlock, DMI president. “And we’re very excited about the opportunity to work with new producers who may not have qualified for our programs in the past, due to low volume levels.”
