Inside word was that Grizdalski didn\’t do all that good a job at USI. Word was that it was a mutual parting of the ways after many of the DWP folk bailed after USI purchased them. Many of the fingers also pointed to Don for USI\’s inability to replace/fill staffing positions.
You can say whatever you want, no one really knows why Gwiz left, but Gwiz. For me, Gwiz was my mentor, I looked up to him, He brought me up in this retail broker business. He taught me well with the \”what\’s best for the client\” always in mind. He was and is today still a stand up guy. I\’m sure he did what was best for him and his family.
