Unigard Insurance Companies, a Bellevue, Wash.-based property and casualty insurer, has announced two new appointments and a promotion.
Harris Clarke recently joined the company as assistant vice president of personal lines product management. He is responsible for personal lines products and pricing in multiple states. He has more than 14 years of experience in insurance systems and product implementation.
Joe Muller has been promoted to assistant vice president of personal lines product management. He also will work with company field staff and oversee product and pricing decisions in several states. Muller has been with the company for 14 years and has a background in underwriting and product management.
Christy Niemann has been named assistant vice president of personal lines underwriting. She has 22 years of prior industry experience.
