AFS/IBEX Financial Services Inc., Newport Beach, Calif., has promoted three staff members from its western region.
Jerry Frith, has been named vice president of operations. He was previously operations manager for the company in Dallas, and has 17 years of insurance premium finance experience.
Al Herrera has been named assistant vice president. He joined the company in 1996 as an account manager in Southern California. He has 20 years of experience in the premium finance industry and 17 years with major insurance companies as an underwriter, supervisor and marketing representative.
Marissa Pabelico has been named account manager for Northern California. She has 17 years of experience.
