I wish I could speak with Rich as he obviously has years of experience and knowledge. I am presently consulting for a retailer that may or may not get involved in the insurance business. I say, don’t get involved, rather, leverage the distribution channel, relative market dominance and unique and powerful rewards program with an insurance entity….but who? Answer, Insweb, Travelers, Liberty, etc. ANy information would be appreciated.
