GMI Insurance Services, Valley Forge, Pa., has hired Kathy Phillips as western region program manager. Phillips will be responsible for developing business auto insurance relationships in the Midwest and Western United States with independent agencies. She was previously vice president at Lincoln General Insurance Co.
