THere is no restriction on track homes or tract size, or on the amount of work subcontracted. New ventures are welcomed, provided the company receives a resume for the owners. Exclusions can be bought back for: Condo/townhomes, HOA work, course of roofing limitation, open flame, torch down and torch off roofing.
