King Support Systems Insurance Services has a west coast habitational program designed to insure commercial apartment building and condominiums on an admitted and non-admitted basis.
This package includes coverage for general liability, property, crime, as well as hired and non-owned auto. The special form policy can be written with values up to $20 million per location on all construction types with no age restrictions. Deductibles range from $2500 to $100,000. The program covers risks in California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
