Aon Construction Services Group Adds Three to San Jose Office

Aon Construction Services Group has added professionals to its San Jose, Calif., offices. Milena Mikin joins the firm as a marketing specialist; and David Salley and Karen Smith join the firm as relationship managers.

Mikin joins Aon CSG after more than 10 years in the insurance industry, where she served several large brokerage firms, including Marsh. She has experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, marine and energy, power and utility, and telecommunication fields. As a marketing specialist, Mikin will work closely with Aon CSG Executive Vice President Michael Heffernan and other team members to establish and execute targeted marketing and sales programs.

Salley joins Aon after several years at Willis, where he served large commercial risk management accounts, specializing in the construction and engineering industries. In his role as relationship manager, Salley will focus on newly acquired accounts.

Smith, a 28-year veteran of the insurance industry, joins Aon from Tanner Insurance Brokers Inc., where she served a variety of clients, including developers, property owners, manufacturers and sports teams. In her role as relationship manager, Smith will be responsible for servicing accounts involving large developers and general contractors.
