Rafael Hurtado has joined International Gateway Insurance Brokers in Chula Vista, Calif., as business development manager/regional marketing representative.
Hurtado is the current president and cofounder the Latin American Agents Association based out of El Monte, Calif. He has been in the insurance industry for more than 18 years. Most of that time was spent running his agency in South Pasadena, Calif. He also was an executive consultant for a Wall Street geared Investment firm, and a senior marketing representative for a Mexico insurance managing general agent.
