Abram Interstate Insurance Services Inc. in Rocklin, Calif., is offering a new program for difficult-to-place vacant dwellings, including higher value, old and new, coastal and inland in California. Coverage is written on a DP-3 or DP-1 form including extended coverage and vandalism available for most dwellings.
Minimum coverage limit is $100,000. Coverage options include on-premises theft, personal liability, and medical payments. Coverage for personal effects – up to 30 percent, adjacent structures – up to 30 percent, and comprehensive personal liability (CPL) to $500,000. Flexible deductibles and 3, 6 and 12 month terms available. The coverage is being provided by a non-admitted carrier, rated “A++,” XV.
