Westline Corp., Cypress, Calif., the parent company to South Coast Auto Insurance Marketing Inc., Solo Insurance Services Inc., South Coast Dealer Services Inc., Insurenow Insurance Services Inc., and Spotcoverage Insurance Services Inc., has completed the acquisition of Freeway Insurance Services Inc. in Orange, Calif.
Freeway Insurance Services was formed in 1987 by Kelly Turton, and has expanded into one of California’s largest insurance brokerage retailers, focusing primarily on private passenger automobile insurance.
On Oct. 16, 2006, Freeway Insurance will be owned by Westline Corp.. Westline, a large insurance brokerage retailer for private passenger automobile insurance in the United States.
“Freeway is an excellent company, with a tremendous reputation for
customer service and quality. We are pleased to add Freeway to our family of companies,” said John Klaeb, CEO of Westline. “It is our goal to expand Westline with additional acquisitions in the near future; in California and other states.”
