Coverage is being provided by an admitted “A” rated carrier. Policy limits include maximum coverage A of $750,000 in Arizona and maximum coverage A of $500,000 in Washington. Liability limits are $100,000/$300,000/$500,000. Deductibles are $250, $500 and $1,000. Endorsements include extended replacement cost for the dwelling up to 250 percent, replacement cost contents, course of construction, with a package endorsement available for new homes. Also, in Arizona, a new loan credit endorsement is available. In Washington, a new homebuyers credit endorsement is available.
