California’s Division of Workers’ Compensation will be holding a public hearing on the Official Medical Fee Schedule – Physician Fee Schedule regulations on Jan. 24 in Los Angeles.
The public hearing has been scheduled to permit all interested persons the opportunity to present statements, arguments, either orally or in writing, with respect to “Official Medical Fee Schedule
Title 8, California Code of Regulations Section 9789.11 and Table A.” The hearing will be held at 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007, at The Junipero Serra State Building, auditorium, 320 West 4th Street, Los Angeles, CA.
To provide everyone a chance to speak, public testimony will be limited to 10 minutes per speaker and should be specific to the proposed regulations. Testimony exceeding 10 minutes may be submitted in writing.
