Concord, Calif.-based Advanced Risk Technologies Insurance Services, a third party claims administrator, has changed its name to Francis Claims Services Inc.
“The name Francis is a way to honor our Northern California roots. We believe it is a reflection of our frankness, our integrity and flexibility,” says Francis President, Merideth Wieland. “We are also emphasizing our focus on what we do best – managing claims.”
This change is effective immediately. All mailing addresses and phone numbers will remain the same.
Francis Claims serves clients in California and other Western states, primarily managing workers’ compensation claims.
