Builders & Tradesmen’s Insurane Services Inc., Rocklin, Calif., has made its Victory Artisan Contractor Program available on an admitted basis in California, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.
The program offers 46 different classes, including structural remodlers. It also allows new residential work (custom home environment) as well as commercial work. And, the program allows service and repair work in both residential and commercial work environments.
The Victory program is rated on a payroll basis. It offers inland marine coverage and, if purchased with general liability, the inland marine will receive a 10 percent discount. The program can be price indicated on the company’s Web site at www.btisinc.com.
Policy limits are up to $1 million/$2 million/$2 million. Deductibles are $1,000. Coverage is provided by an admitted carrier rated “A” X. Business is by appointment.
