El Segundo, Cailf.-based E.L.M. Insurance Brokers Inc. has formed a new company, DataFlow Insurance Systems Inc. According to E.L.M. President and CEO Frederick J. Fisher, the new company will market DataFlow products and enhancements that are designed to provide data integrity and neutrality with analysis and quoting.
Fisher is interviewing candidates for CEO and CIO, and said he will soon focus on establishing a sales force. The announcement was made shortly after the completion of the latest phase of the company’s “DataFlow Initiative,” technology designed to simplify and secure electronic transmissions for the specialty lines industry (errors and omissions, directors and officers, employment practice liability, etc.).
