DeBernardi Named Attorney in Charge at Calif. State Fund

Jody DeBernardi has been promoted to attorney-in-charge for California State Compensation Insurance Fund’s Orange County Corporate Civil Litigation.

DeBernardi began her State Fund career as a staff counsel in the Civil Litigation Unit at corporate headquarters’ in San Francisco in 1991. She excelled in all areas of litigation and finalization of cases; and in 1996 she was appointed staff counsel III (specialist). She transferred her skills to Corporate Civil Litigation – South in 1997. In 2003 she was named Attorney-in-Charge of Corporate Civil Litigation – South.
