Trans Cal Promotes Two in Commercial Transportation and P/C Divisions

Managing general agent and surplus line boker Trans Cal Associates announced the expansion of it underwriting staff.

Sarah Lemons was promoted to commercial lines underwriter in Trans Cal’s Commercial Transportation and Property/Casualty Divisions. Lemons joined Trans Cal in 2004 and has steadily moved upward in the organization, most recently serving as a commercial transportation assistant underwriter.

Lori Simmons was also added to the Commercial Transportation and Property/Casualty Divisions as an underwriter. A 22-year employee at Trans Cal, Simmons most recently served as underwriting operations manager. While still serving in her current position, Simmons will now also function as a production underwriter.
