Minimum premiums are $75,000 for commercial, $150,000 for wraps and $50,000 for commercial general. Limits are $1 million/$2 million/$1 million, $1 million/$2 million/$2 million, and $2 million/$2 million/$2 million.
Wraps are rated on a per unit basis (no audit). Apartements are considered commercial. Defense is inside the limits. A 1998 ISO form is required. Five years of current loss runs are needed for a quote.
