Cambridge General is now accepting applications for harvesting contractors. This program was developed for fruit or vegetable contractors harvesting by hand in addition to those harvesting use farm machinery.
To be eligible for this program, the insured must have a current license and in force workers’ compensation. Pruning, trimming and spraying are preferred to be 10 percent or less but a higher percentage may be considered.
No deductible is required. The premium is based on the insured’s annual gross receipts to develop a very competitive premium.
