Encompass Insurance announced that Ellen Goforth was promoted to regional sales director in Northwest region. The Encompass Northwest Region oversees Encompass, Allstate and Deerbrook independent agencies in the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. She takes over for Alan LeClerc, who will continue to lead the company in California.
Goforth is a 35-year veteran of the insurance industry who began her career as a licensed agent before moving into sales management. She most recently served as regional sales manager for the Encompass Northwest Region, where she managed multi-brand field sales teams (Encompass, Allstate, Deerbrook).
Part of the Allstate group of companies, Encompass provides automobile, homeowner and related insurance products through independent insurance agencies.
