ACORD 125, 126, and contractor’s supplement are required for a quotation. Occurrence form is available. Liability coverage limits are up to $1 million/ $2 million aggregate. There is no sunset clause, no residential exclusion or limitation. Blanket additional insured and waivers with primary wording are offered. Deductibles are from $500 to $1,000. The coverage is being provided by a nonadmitted carrier, rated “A-” VIII by A.M. Best.
