It’s the bad DM’s and agents that make the good agents look bad too. I’ve been insured with Farmers for 21 years. The agent that I have is great, response in a timely manner and has the answers, if not he gets the answers and provides me with the info. My rates are good as I have shopped around and no one has been able to beat them.

Great! We already have more agents than any other company out there, now we want more. Ever wonder why you get all those calls from Farmers agents asking for your business? Now you know.

There are five Farmers agencies within a one-half mile radius in my town here in California. They tell me that they feel so sorry for those new recruits. Farmers is not doing so well here either.

Perhaps now they will train agents the right way and get rid of the DM’s, this will save Farmers a lot of money. Maybe lower their rates? We will see.

First of all the two of you do not know what city/state I reside in nor the coverage I have. So stop assuming because we no what the does and no I do not live in a fantasy world. Maybe you do!!!!

There are a lot of good Farmer’s agents out there, however, you are paying more than market for like coverage……….

I happen to live in NM & if you qualify for enough discounts that are offered Farmers rates are GOOD. And by the way, the service that AME’s agent is providing is worth a lot now-a-days.

As a Farmers agent I’ve never heard of a Business Development Center nor has Farmers posted any bulletins about it (them).

I wanted to know the point of contact and the address and phone no. I wanted to see if I could help train the new agents on the EPV and FFP programs. Thank you very much.
