E.P.I.C. (Edgewood Partners Insurance Center), a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, has appointed Michael P. Checca as principal in its Los Angeles office.
“Michael’s expertise in real estate and nonprofit corporations is important to the success of our LA operation,” said Managing Principal Chris McTigue.
Checca comes to the EPIC team from the Professional Practice Insurance Brokers division of Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH) in Los Angeles. Prior to HRH, he was employed at the Tribune Company, working in its media operations and strategic planning units.
