Oakland, Calif.-based Eqecat Inc., a subsidiary of ABSG Consulting Inc. announced William M. Keogh has been appointed senior vice president, strategic initiatives. Keogh, who was previously group executive of global client development at Risk Management Solutions, will be responsible for setting and implementing corporate strategy. He will be based in New Jersey.
Keogh began his career in 1982 as an underwriter. His underwriting experience includes property and casualty insurance and reinsurance and spans the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
