I believe we need: a) to restrict sales of candles to persons over the age of 18. b) require background checks to license authorized candle purchasers maybe through FINRA. c)Initiate a 3 day waiting period for the purchase-delivery period for candle purchases. d) Obama should appoint a task force under Harry Reid to study the candle problem and then appoint Bill Clinton the Candle Czar with Monica as Secretary of Homeland Candle Security Administration.
