Former California State Compensation Insurance Fund Chief Financial Officer, Jay Stewart, has resigned for a CFO position at CAMICO Insurance Co. in Redwood Shores, Calif.
State Fund’s board of directors has ratified the engagement of Daniel J. Sevilla as interim CFO while it conducts an executive search for a permanent replacement.
Sevilla most recently was the vice president of financial and operational planning and analysis for the Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau in Walnut Creek, Calif., a position he held since 2007.
