John Trask, a principal in the Employee Benefits department of Barney & Barney LLC, has been recognized for his contributions to the community by Combined Health Agencies. He was honored at the 2010 Volunteer of the Year Awards for his efforts on behalf of the Arthritis Foundation.
Trask has been an active member of the Arthritis Foundation since 2003. During this time, he has helped transition the chapter into a regional organization. His involvement also includes leading an Arthritis Walk team and spearheading the annual golf tournament, which generated $75,000 for the Foundation.
Trask has been with Barney & Barney for 10 years, the past five of which he has spent as a principal and practice group leader in the Benefits Department.
