Jeff Bock, currently director of the Farmers Minneapolis Business Development Center, has been appointed state executive director of Utah, according to Farmers Insurance.
Bock began his career with Farmers in 1987 as a personal lines underwriter in the Los Angeles regional office. A few years later, he moved to the marketing department, where he held a number of positions. He was named marketing administration manager for the Los Angeles regional office in 1997, and two years later he was promoted to personal lines agency consultant (PLAC) in the California state office.
In 2001, Bock was promoted to division marketing manager, and after nearly five years in that position, he returned to Southern California as a marketing consultant. In 2006, he moved to Nebraska as the market manager for the states of Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. In 2009 he was promoted to his most recent position, director of the Farmers Minneapolis Business Development Center.
