Capital Insurance Group has promoted Jeff J. Gans to resident director of operations for Nevada Capital Insurance Co. (NCIC), an affiliate company of CIG. He will be responsible for admitted underwriting and agency operations and non-admitted program business for NCIC . He will also be the resident director of CIG-affiliated Nevada Captive Insurance Companies (Capital Risk Management Insurance Co., Greenside Insurance Co., and Pacific Capital Insurance Co.) where he will be responsible for reinsurance underwriting for the captive companies.
Prior to joining CIG, Gans was a senior vice president and chief underwriting officer for Employers Insurance Group. He has held senior vice president positions with CNA Standard Lines and AON Underwriting Managers.
