USG Insurance Services Inc., a national wholesaler and MGA, has opened a new office in Tempe, Ariz.
The office will be run by Chris Kops, who was the branch manager of the Tampa, Fla. USG office. Kops, who relocated to open the new branch, has over 25 years of experience and previously held positions with USG as a senior underwriter/broker, production manager and brokerage manager.
The launch of the Tempe office is one of several in USG’s expansion of operations in the west coast.
Tampa, Fla.-based USG writes hard-to-place commercial lines in all states.
