Yes, exactly. Please sign a waiver to that fact and send it to Phillip Morris, so that when you die prematurely from the ill-effects, you (or your family) will not be able to then say “we were mis-lead.”
As an Oregonian I’m ashamed that this happened in Oregon, even though I do realize that Mulnomah county has been contaminated with refugees from California.
