You gotta give credit to Obama for looking for a back up job for when his term ends shortly.

From personal experience, when my nephew and three of his friends applied at In-N-Out, my nephew went to the interview dressed up, new haircut and looking sharp. Two of his friends, which are REALLY good kids, applied with baggy jeans and looking a little wrinkled. My nephew and the other friend that had dressed up got the job and the others didn’t. It would be interesting to find out how the two gentlemen made their appearance for the interview. The two friends who didn’t get the job were good, but I don’t think they looked serious about getting the job.

A person hiring is looking at those applying as representing the company.A big plus if a person looks neat and handles themselves in a business manor. No matter if it is ordering burgers or a dress from sears, the public whats the person in front of them to look clean, neat and have some good sense about the product–hamburgers included.I think this is why an older person can get jobs today.
