SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Services LLC will relocate this month to a 12,000-square-foot office space on the 10th floor of the tower at 550 South Hope Street in downtown location in Los Angeles, Calif.
Recently, the 82-year-old independent regional insurance firm outgrew its offices in Pasadena. With continued growth, the business is seeking to add more brokers, account executives, account managers and claims and loss control staff. SCM has roughly 180 employees in three office locations: Irvine, Corona and soon in Los Angeles.
The lease was negotiated through the building’s LBA Realty Vice President, Jeff Badertscher and several other commercial real estate brokers at CBRE Inc.
SCM is a founding member of RiskProNet International, a network of top-tier, privately held insurance brokerage firms throughout North America and more than 100 countries worldwide. RiskProNet member firms collectively comprise the fifth largest broker/producer organization in the United States in terms of combined revenue and annual written premiums.
