The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California is reporting that long-time IIABCal member Lisa Michael died on April 18 from cancer.
Michael, who was 43, was a principal at Tom Michael Insurance in Turlock, Calif. She was chair of the state Young Agents and Brokers Committee and served as the state representative on the IIABA Legislative Government Affairs Committee. She was also active in the Stanislaus Insurance Association.
IIABCal plans to provide information on services as soon as they become available.
