Property/casualty aggregator Networked Insurance Agents announced today that a small group of individual investors has acquired the company from Strongwood Holding Company LLC.
George Biancardi, president and CEO, led the investor group, which includes CFO Kelly McRae and Executive Vice President Larry Oslie. Terms of the deal were not made available.
The 20-year-old aggregator will continue to serve independent agents across the West from two main offices: Grass Valley in Northern California and Orange in Southern California.
Founded in 1993, Networked serves more than 1,200 affiliate members in 10 Western States and is appointed by over 50 national and regional P/C insurance carriers.
