California-based Confie Seguros named Darrin Silveria chief revenue officer.
The national insurance broker focused on non-standard auto insurance and the Hispanic consumer created the new role to support the company’s growth and continued expansion.
Prior to Confie Seguros, Silveria served as senior vice president and managing director of Trivista and spent more than seven years with T-Mobile, most recently as vice president and general manager. At T-Mobile he led a transformation of the retail and sales business. Prior to T-Mobile, he spent 15-years at PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Group, where he was responsible for the branded retail sales channel, developing strategy and tactics, as well as leading a team of sales leaders. He held various roles at Pepsi.
Confie Seguros was assisted in the selection of Silveria by O’Neill Consulting Group, an executive search firm headquartered in Wakefield, RI.
Confie Seguros has built a national portfolio of regional auto insurance brokerages. Confie has reported annual revenue of over$200 million with more than 300 retail locations and market positions in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Washington, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, and Nevada.
