Chang most recently held the position of broker at Scottish American. Past positions include vice president of sales at Artisan Risk & Insurance Services, a broker at Hull & Co., vice president and broker at W. K. Cooper, vice president and broker at Crump E&S of California and assistant vice president and broker at Swett & Crawford.
USG Insurance is a national wholesaler and managing general agent with 16 offices across the country.
